I have been out raunning a little. I can't put a finger on this thing. I am making good hp, but the speed numbers just are not there. I am pretty disappointed this year. I made what I thought was going to be a lot of positive changes, but I am actually slower this year.
Shipping company charges it it bring parcel across the border.. I just looked into the fees and mail seems to be the best way to ship to save fees.. These guys are a major joke!! $480.00 is outragous..
Yes we solved our problems but had no test time.. We did 2 - 200 ft passes and loaded up for Syracuse. Ran a best 5.5? at 88mph. We should have no problem with a 5.3 with proper testing.. this thing may even have 5.2's in it.. I'm stoked to run now..
Dan, I talked to your wife she will leave them at the front desk for me and I will pick them up tomorrow. I'll let you know when I have them in my posessiopn.
I will be just having fun and not running a specific class this year, dont know how much running I will get in or if I will even get the sled ready in time.
They win for a reason!! Very fast.. I still like going in as an under dog though otherwise I would have ditched the Yami's long ago.. Hope to run 2 sleds this year, 600 pro stock SRX and a 7 or 800 SRX trail improver.. Depends on which one I feel could be more competitive..
I would assume he will be doing test and tune, last year he did a ton and then had a good race at the end of the year. I got screwed at work and never got the cobwebs out of a firecat that I built but that thing was quick none the less. Race box, etc.etc...Wicked chassis's for racing.
We have the same situation here.. A couple of the large lakes a still open though and where all hoping they freeze without alot of snow falling after.. Hope to have my newest sled ready for the end of Jan. when the radar runs start here. Would be great to get out testing a couple times before though..
No I have not. I don't know how I am gonna get rid of all the snow off the ice this year. We are having a very rough winter already and the lakes are either rough or slushy. You'll be the first to know.
