Just wonder how much the secondary should move side to side on axle.. I know secondary clutches should float.. but mine (97vmax) float like 6 mm side to side. to much?

Anyone knows what this is(the last part of the exhaust)? Homemade? I think i have the factory pipes tho. original pipes? Dunno if its homemade or? anyone recognize?
