Are these hoods blanked off in the center and vents closed?

Yes they are blocked off on all vents and center. If you want them open they need to be cut open. One hood left!!!!!!!!!! Only one Hood left. $200 and find a way to pick it up in MN or I can send it to ND with Gary Ulmers hood.
