track drive question

Does a 95 vmax 600 track drive shaft fit on a 92 750 Vmax? Went to change gearing on my 92 Vmax. found lower chain case bearing bad. Found white writing on track drive axle labeled 95 vmax 600. Seems this axle is to short for the 750. Does any other drive axle interchange with 92 vmax 750? Thanks
 

Vmax 5/600's and all other models are different than the Vmax-4.

92-97 Vmax-4 drive axles will all interchange. 92/93 had a smaller diameter hex for the drivers than 94-97 and different drivers to match the change in hex diameter but as long as you get a complete drive shaft with drivers you will be fine. Lower chaincase bearing and seal are the same for all years.

Thanks Opsled! Found complete drive shaft with drivers for a 94 Vmax-4. Should be here later this week. 6 inches of fresh snow this morning to play in.
