Whats it worth??

I have a 96 VMax 800, bought new in 1998. The sled has aprox 12,000 kms & engine is out right now getting completly resealed & pistons & rings, clutches are also fresh & perfect. I have installed a 11.5 rear skid from an 04 Rx-1 as well as had a custom tour buddy installed in seat trunk that holds about 8 Litres extra fuel.The machine has allways stayed in a garage all winter & a cool dry warhouse all summer, no rips in seat, no cracks in hood and is in excellent condition. Comes with original canvass cover in good condition.
Just looking for some opinions as to what its worth, I have just purchased an Rx-1 from my brother who upgraded to an Apex & its time for old reliabe to go. Any imput would be appreciated.
