Looking for a seat off a 1997, I have a 2up seat with backrest might be willing to trade maybe.. but would rather just buy the seat.
 

dont really need a sled but how much? the seat on my max is like new just want the taller one. imaybe i could swap and resell if the prive is good...
 
His point was that the 97 is a very rare sled. Finding parts would be next to impossible. And, to buy a complete 97 sled, you better have a lot of cash. You can have mine for $4000.

I assume you mean a 97 vmax4. Look for a seat off of a 96 XT. Should be the same fit. Just different stiching. I'm not sure if the 97 had a different seat than the rest of the 4s.
