If you find where it says "my settings" on the right side of the page where your inbox is, it says edit avitar, just browse where ever your pictures are, click on the one you want, then press submit, it should work for you.

ok, cool. I think they are gona use the cops deal that they put on the side of the road to see how fast youre going for the first one, but I will definately give him the number if he wants to do it right, maybe have another one this year
