Hi, Im relisting my 93 vmax 4. I thought I had this machine sold to a guy in North Dakota, but the check never showed up in the mail. Anyways, sled is in good condition. I bought it this past fall and went through the whole sled. The original owner sold it in 1994 to the guy i bought it from. So I am technically the third owner of the machine, but really more like the second. It is production sled number 741. When I bought it in the fall, I had intentions of storing it and not riding it, but that did not happen. OF COURSE, I went through the whole sled. Starting with the rear skid. It has all new bearings, bogies, hyfax's and bushings. Track is in pretty good shape with 96 studs and I replaced probably 3/4 of the track clips with brand new ones. Next, I went through and replaced all the drivetrain bearings, put on a new chain, gears are like new and bought a new chaincase gasket. While having the jackshaft out, the original 2 piece jackshaft was fried. So I searched for almost 2 months and found stock replacements in brand new condition. Next, I bought a new brake rotor and pads for it and manually adjusted the brake. The motor has 1000 miles on a fresh rebuild. Has new carbides, one new belt, and one used belt in good condition. Clutches cleaned, carbs cleaned. Sled is really nice.
I dont really want to sell this sled that badly, but Im trying to make room in my garage. Ive got some money tied up in this sled, but more than that alot of time. If your interested in this sled shoot me an email and ill get back to you. Thanks.
Todd
