buy a v max cheap u got to be kidding they don,t buil them any more so the longer we ride the more they are worth. if u think u would buy my cheap think a gain. these sleds turn heads and u eat my snow dust lol, i like nothing more than rubbing it deep in to the competion what com pition well i guess we caqn compete against one and other.

saw one on craigslist for a grand, think it was a '95, burnt piston though...

I bought mine in 2004 for $600. I thought it was a good price.

I just paid 4500 for a very clean overhauled 800 and it has lots of upgrades-proaction and rebuilt engine. Lots of sleds out there with the wrong ski's, worn out clutches, tired cylinders and abused by neglectfull owners.Pay good money for a well looked after sled from the start and have something to be proud of!!!
