What really threw me for a loop was when Bender told him he had to index the crank to 180 and run a 180 CDI box in a 800. The Bender spec sheet was for 92 and 93 750's

Must be someone there that has a clue. I know a guy out east that just had a max-4 motor done by Bender, I guess JUSTIN is the guy building the engines in house at Bender. Still don't make sense to me though, pipes designed for 750 cc's and carrying throught the 800's with no changes. In 92 the 800's were'nt even thought of. I believe you when you say, less hp gain. To me, it would be like trying to breathe through a dirty sock, but I've been wrong before
