Get your parts from Port Yamaha.Reman'd two engines using them.Takes a week to get parts from wisconsin to here in Peterborough.Its like a half price sale everyday, compared to here in Ontario.They advertise on this site.

How hard is it to change the parts?

The only ones that you could change yourself would be the outer ones, PTO and Mag. It would have to go to a crank shop for all the others.
Adrein Bernard charges $212 a crank plus parts.
