If you are not in a rush and can wait 10 -14 days, get Skinner to ship via Unitied Postal Service. If you ship via a courier to Canada you will have to pay a brokerage charge (check what this is with the courier) when they deliver as well as 15% GST/PST. You will have to pay the 15% regardless. Suggest marking value at $20.00 or something.
