I was putting kingston in when i hit the button, then i got the buffering circle had to walk away........
 
Buyer beware!!
I purchased the engine from this guy and it came with a chunk of aluminum missing from the section where the recoil bolts to, the shipping box was in tack, no holes or tears, I looked all over for the missing 1x4" chunk of aluminum and it was not in the box, upon looking things over I could see the fracture area from the missing piece was black and dirty, NOT a new break, then I found two other cracks in the case. I tried to contact seller a number of times and he wouldn't answer his phone or return my calls and emails, maybe he didn't know about the missing piece and the cracks but ignoring my calls and emails tells me different. so I say, buyers please proceed with caution!
 
There was absolutely NOTHING WHAT SO EVER WRONG WITH THIS VMAX 4 ENGINE WHEN IT LEFT MY HANDS AS EVIDENT BY MY WITNESS'S AND PICTURES THAT I HAD TAKEN BEFORE IT LEFT.
I AM WILLING TO TAKE A LIE DETECTOR TEST TO PROVE THIS.......ARE YOU? ENGINE WAS CLEARLY DROPPED BY THIS GENTLEMAN THE DAMAGE HE IS INSINUATING WOULD HAVE BEEN SEEN RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. NOT THE FOLLOWING DAY. NO PICTURE BACKING THIS CLAIM WAS EVER ENTERED INTO EVIDENCE FROM THIS BUYER . A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS. YOU SEEM LIKE A NICE GUY CLINT YOU CHOOSE TO USE PAY PAL TO DECIDE FOR YOU, MY ATTORNEY ADVISED ME TO DEAL WITH THEM AND NOT DIRECT WITH YOU.
DOES ANYBODY SEE AND MISSING CHUNKS?

It's unfortunate that there is a dispute over the sale of this engine. There are no pictures supporting the claim that there is a broken part, and the pictures appear to show the end of the recoil side of the engine in tact, so it's not going to be settled like this. Pictures of the broken recoil end of the engine would make it clearer. I would hope that the two of you can open communication to settle this amongst yourselves, and not use this forum to argue back and forth over it. It's not that I don't care, it's that this is a matter between the two of you. I would be interested in the final outcome. We have a seller rating section in the forum that is there for just this purpose.

I hope you can resolve this. The purpose of this site is to maintain and improve our sleds by working together.

I agree but to be called a theif basiclly on a public thread you are trying to sell parts on is defamation of character and make me look bad. This gentelman wantS a refund and is bad mouthing me on the place where I NEED TO SELL PARTS TO PAY HIM BACK! Just does not make sense.
