Bender Vmax 4 pipes from Japan?

Guys, awhile back someone emailed me that someone was selling a set of four handbuilt Bender pipes that he purchased from Tim Bender that were purportedly produced in Japan for Tim. I think he was asking something like $1000 for them?!

Does any one know who this person is? I would like to talk to him about the pipes.
