I have a 92 750 with psi quad pipes, minor cylinder porting and boyseen reeds, the issue i am having is the snowmobile bogs from a dead stop to wide open throttle. It originally had 55 pilots in it so I went down to 50 with the same issue and i am now down to 47.5's with it not getting any better. I feel it acts rich yet due to the spitting and sputtering and then taking off. Ive also messed with the fuel screw on each pilot size to no avail. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Start by checking the most basic and essential thing first - the crank phasing. More than once a suspected jetting problem and / or suspected ignition problem turned out to be a crank out of phase. Start by checking this, just to get the basics sorted and covered before you tear into the carbs.

I am sure the simple procedure is described somewhere on here.
