Me and the wife just watched the vid of your son in the radar run and we both had a smile on are face ear to ear.
GOOD JOB K
Hi Bret, Man sorry to hear about your medical challenges of late. Glad to hear however, that the tumor was removed and hopefully caught quickly! Take it easy and heal up so you can have some summer fun when the weather gets nice.

My Vmax4 riding was a bit of a bust this year in the U.P. I had my one trip there to ride after the I-500 earlier this month and upon arrival in Big Bay, my sled busted the driveshaft in the first 15 miles of the trip!! Looks like I sold that driveshaft to soon!...Just kidding, I have an extra so that will be a summer project....new track also for the V4.

This has been a tough winter for riding that's for sure. We have had a chance to use the 78 Exciter for a couple short rides this year on the Kal-Haven. I just got back from an 80 mile ride with a buddy around Houghton Lake trails. I used his SXR 500 and he rode his RX1 for our short, one-day run.

Nice to hear from you and I hope you feel well and heal up fast!!
scott, whats been going on? this weather is just about crap. i finally got those drivers on i got from you and all my other little stuff finally done and have gotten about a half mile of ridding in. but then last week i went for a checkup at the doctor and ended up having a large cyst and tumor removed from my brain. what a couple of weeks it has been, i dont want to see this white stuff now. i cant do anything for probably 2 months, maybe longer. going crazy. enough about my problems, did you ever get to play around with that old exciter you picked up last fall? well talk to you later, bret
Hello highboy_34,
Since the sleds are old, parts are getting harder to come by. This site is probably the best place to track them down. You can keep an eye on our classified section, there are a lot of us keeping an eye out for parts and posting links. ebay has a lot of stuff, so if you're a member, you can save a search and have notifications emailed to you every day, like I do. Use search terms like vmax-4, vmax4, vx750, etc. If you're looking for something specific, post in the "wanted or trades" section. PSI pipes are hard to come by, and there are several members looking for them, so you have to be quick!

Mark

thanks

Hi Rob
Just got back yesterday from Jamaica . Decals look good. Hopefully you are willing to seperate & sell me just the hood decal in as close to original dimenions as well as colour. Im sorry but i really dont need the others.
Thanks
Kevin
Hey it was great talking with you I'm gonna start tear down this weekend let me know all what your interested in .
I cant even tell what I would want for it until I look up that stuff. I paid $1,100.00 for the big bore only. Then there's the new pipes and new carbs. TMX carbs untouched. It's going to be some coin yet much cheaper than trying to buy the stuff new now a days. Everyone is sure shy about making an offer. I cant give it away.
Hey i would love that kit to build the 800 pro stock sled, i may part that trail sled i had up north to buy this kit from you any ideas what your gonna want, if you dont sell it before i do the part out.
No problem mine is a bit different as I have electric start but I am sure I can help you out with just HID's. I have found that it does require a battery to make them operate correctly and there is enough power from the stator to keep the battery charged. We went for a 200 k trip last weekend and everything worked great. Just let me know what info you need and I will help out Glenn
Yes, am fustrated:) sold a sweet stock 93 to buy this turbo 94 and have been threw about everthing. Did mention possibly selling kit but not quite yet... dreamed of having a turbo max 4 for 18 years and the thing slower than stock at 6 pounds boost and a very very large delay when you hit it like a few seconds..lol bout ready to put it back to stock for this season so i can use it..
